Subhash Chander Mittal and to expand the business activities and new company was established in the year 1988 in the name and style of M/s. Roxy Exports Limited. Our products are well accepted in the Domestic and International markets. We have been exporting our products to more than 40 countries and are well accepted. Our company has maintained Delivery, Quality, Quantity and Packing standards, which is very important in the field of exports. We have the manufacturing range of Hubs, Hub Axle, Hub Cone, Hub Cups, Rims, B.B. Axle, B.B. Cups, Freewheels, etc. Due to vide range of Bicycle Parts, the company is also known as “BICYCLE PEOPLE”. Our company has a full processing unit i.e. only Raw Material is bought and Finished Goods are sold in the International and Domestic market. We have in house facility of Heat Treatment, Polishing, Auto Black, Zinc Plating, Bright Chrome Plating, etc. The company has in house R&D facility where we can develop product as per buyers requirement.

The company is now managed by the young and dynamic team, three sons of the founder namely Amit Mittal, Rohit Mittal, Mohit Mittal. Sh. Amit Mittal is looking the Export and Import activities of the company, Sh. Rohit Mittal is looking out the purchases and domestic sales and Sh. Mohit Mittal is looking out the production and quality of the Company. We are expert manufacturer of bicycles, bicycle hubs, bicycle rims and bicycle bottom set. We also deal in bicycle bottom bracket axle & cups, freewheel (single speed), etc. and PVC pipes.

1. Butt Welding : Its the latest technology today in use to join a Rim. Good finish and strong joining in less time. Having more efficiency it gives increased production rate. It can be operated for longer period as the transformer is provided with water cooling system. Pneumatic system provided to grip the Rim. 2. Centre Ring Forging : Forging is done by power hammer driven by 20 H.P. moter having one foot stroke length. Its a lever operated system. It provides less material cost, more production rate as compared to bar stock turning. More accurate and precise product is obtained in less time. 3. Roxy's Floor Shop 4. Rotary Furnace : Its latest Technology in India used by us to harden our products. It gives better plant environment as poisonous chemicals are not used. Due to closed heating chamber less heat loss therefore more efficiency. It provides better temperature and hardness control. Its easy to operate therefore semi-skilled labour is required.
